Tier 2 DPI is an advanced commerce platform designed for restaurants and retail businesses that want digital ordering, priority service options, and AI-supported workflows.

This tier activates:
      •     Digital ordering & storefronts
      •     Express or Priority service governance
      •     Advanced operational controls beyond basic payment acceptance

Tier 2 DPI offers three platform configurations:
      •     DPI Core – $799 one-time setup
      •     DPI Plus – $1,299 one-time setup
      •     DPI Advance – $3,299 one-time setup. (This will be charge after DPI Pos Partners review.)

All setup fees are processed via ACH upon approval using the banking information provided during onboarding.

Monthly platform fees (if applicable) are reviewed and confirmed during onboarding prior to activation.

After application approval, merchants receive onboarding confirmation and system credentials.

The onboarding process includes:
      •     Platform configuration
      •     Digital storefront and menu setup
      •     Governance selection (Express or Priority)
      •     Hardware provisioning (if applicable)
      •     A scheduled go-live call with the ExpressX team

Go-live occurs once configuration and approvals are completed.
